Blend the cream cheddar, red onion, garlic, and dark pepper together in a little bowl; put in a safe spot. Spot the chicken bosoms between two sheets of waxed paper on a strong, level surface. Solidly pound the chicken with the smooth side of a meat hammer to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Spread the cream cheddar blend over the leveled chicken bosoms, at that point place two cuts of prosciutto and two leaves of basil over the cream cheddar on each bosom. Roll the chicken bosoms over the filling, and secure with toothpicks. Spread, and refrigerate 1 hour to medium-term.
